Ace Floorcare Inc

I am a business owner with three locations. I recently had new floors installed in all 3 locations and hired Angelo of Ace Floorcare to do floor cleaning and maintenance. They were supposed to sweep, mop, buff and dustmop as well as strip and wax as needed. We came in and the floors were dirty with dust bunnies, hair, dirt and toenails. Floors were not shiny in many spots. Worst of all, floor was damaged by the buffer. We called and he explained the machine malfunctioned and the damage would wear away with time. When I explained this was not acceptable and the floor pieces were not just scratched but gouged and were brand new, he denied responsibility and claimed we were trying to rip him off. Never called to apologize, never took responsibility. Poor business and besides which the quality of work was poor. Mistakes happen but his response was indicative of a man and company with no integrity.
