Would never recommend this place to anyone! My son was late to his appointment a week before my appointment. I was in need of service as I was having an issue that day and felt I needed to talk to the so-called human service worker/nurse practiioner named Kristine Bailey. The receptionist said she had several open slots to see me, one as early as 10 minutes , she just had to confirm with "Kris". When she got back to the phone, she told me that ALL of the slots were taken for the day and she could see me 3 days later! I reminded her that she just told me that she told me about all of the open slots. She said that I was late to my appointment last week. I said, no..my appointment is in a week, you are talking about my son. She said "sorry, Kris cannot see you today, she is booked all day..What the hell? What kind of service are you in???? I went directly to the office walked in and Kris was sitting at her desk with her door open on her computer...no clients. I made remarks about how cold and ruthless they were (AS THEY WERE ANYWAYS ) that they had NO business being in the "helping " profession, and walked out. They sent me a letter telling me they were dismissing me as a patient a couple days later because of my 'outburst". They are not friendly ..I knew this from the beginning..Kris Bailey has no business in this profession.. By the way, if I could have given 0 stars, that's what i would have given!

Looks nice and staff seems very nice.....at first! Don't you dare be late for your appointment or they will CANCEL it on you( WITHOUT CALLING), if you are 10 min late! even if your child is out of needed medication. I will never step foot in this place again.They turned me and my Child away because we got cought up in traffic. They are RUDE and COLD and have no business working in the field they are in.
