HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business! I am contacting the BBB. 4 orders of flowers were never delivered for my uncle's funeral. They NEVER call back. DO NOT order from them. They should be closed down!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!



I ordered flowers for my mother on Jan 6th. It was for a local delivery to the hospital. They gave me a delivery date for the following day, Jan 7th. As of today (Jan 9th), my mother has still not received her flowers. I've called several times since Saturday and haven't been able to reach anyone! Other than the folks who take the order, I can't a hold of anyone (manager, ect...)



Calls are routed to the folks who take phone orders. They cannot do anything for someone in my position. They don't have a way to contact a manager at the floral shop. This is by far the WORST case of customer service that I've ever had to deal with.



Once again, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!



And btw, I realize things happen from time to time and that is ok. But when you simply cannot get a hold of someone and have left several messages for a call back - it's time to use someone else. They simply DON'T CARE!!!!

quality flowers that last and a friendly staff, all at a good price - what more could you ask for
