        Most car repairs are a blind item, but these guys won't do a repair if they believe it's a waste of my money. They showed me the problem and told why it shouldn't be fixed. They also gave me options that could save money. In one case they fixed the problem without charge because it was so small, quick and required no parts. I really appreciated their attention to my needs and their accommodation. This is a family business whose grandfather started it about 50 years ago, the son ran it when the grandfather retired, and two grandson-brothers are still running it now.

        Overall

        They installed a different set of tires than I ordered and paid for. Feels like a "bait & switch" to me as they stuck me with tires I did not want. I would not recommend them nor ever go back there.
