Lakeville Athletics

Five months ago I brought my son' s Lakeville North Soccer Team sweatshirt to Lakeville Athletics to have his name embroidered on it. We were told it would take five or six weeks. After eight weeks we called and we were told the “he would go down to the place that did the embroidery and see what happened”. Three weeks later, the same story. Two weeks later the same story. I left several phone calls, none of which were returned. Went to the store several more times, same story. Then yesterday I stopped in again and this time it was a different story. I was told that there was no record of it ever happening. His story was that I could look in this pile of orders and if it is not there, there is nothing he could do. At which time I just about lost it and went behind his little counter and pulled out a different box of orders and found my son's order at the bottom. Along with his order were dozens of other orders dated four, five and six months ago still not delivered. This time, of course, I was told that it must have already been picked up. Which is not the case. There were several names that I knew on the other old orders and I called them, and they each had the same story that I did. The owner was mad and I was not kind in any way. He just about took a swing at me and settled for shoving me around. So in short, I was lied to for five months and he stole/sold/lost my son's sweatshirt and never had the embroidery done.
