Top Nails

I started going to top nails on 98 n by the dodge car lot to get my eye brows waxed she started out doing a good job after a while I decided to get a overlay on my nails from the 1st time she did a poor job acrylic chipping , lifting from my nail and she want to fix them by putting glue I'm telling her that water may be underneath she say no no wow well not to mention her husband he say the acrylic lift because I didn't have the TIPS ok wow not the 1st time having a overlay never had this PROBLEM until them. eyebrow started good but then she messed that up meaning no style I could have did that myself.well I guess u pay for what u get $12.00 FillIN. AND $7.00 eyebrow wax . nomore
