Superior Car Wash

Wish I could do a review with 0 stars! I went there today and paid $29 for a detailed wash and I had a dried rose on my dash from my boyfriends funeral that was givin to me and they completely crushed it. I went into the office and spoke with the attended that always has a attitude and all she could say was I'm sorry would you like a bag to put it in. I drove away almost in tears. Called back after I got home and she proceeded to become very rude with me stating a police officer that was in the office even said that was not a place for it I should have kept it somewhere else!!! I kept it there and it stayed there perfectly fine being moved around a couple times to be cleaned. It was literally smashed! She had absolutely nothing nice to say to me except put it in a bag n keep it in your Bible like I do with my dad's. I had a card almost full for a free carwash from going there frequently and told her she lost a customer for good she said that's fine have a nice day.

So don't go there unless you want your belongings trashed and destroyed.

Worth coming into the city for. Hand-detailed, old-fashioned car wash that truly makes your car stand out. Twenty bucks and your car really WILL look like new (assuming you haven't let it rust or the paint hasn't faded). Family operation. Had my Mercedes convertible done, they were very friendly, so I don't think it's due to any class disdain if a customer has an issue. If you want it done right, this is the place. Non-corporate personal service.

They locked my keys in my car, lied to me about calling a locksmith, refused to pay to get my car unlocked, cussed at me, manager named Opal followed me to my car using profanity and calling me horrible names because I drove a Cadillac and had an IPhone. Refused finish my car wash after keeping me there for 2 hours. I was verbally assaulted and then she pulled her pants down and told me what I could do while rubbing it on my right thigh while screaming at me with horrible profanity. When I stepped out of the car she then shoved me backwards. Can you spell L A W S U I T Opal? Be very, very careful in dealing with these people and specifically this "Opal" woman who supposedly is the manager.

It's not the fact that they make a dirty car clean, it's their management & employees that make the difference. They are rude & impolite. No "Have a nice day" or "Hope to see you again." This is not the place for everyone knows your name. It must be the new management. It use to be a fun friendly face back in the day. I guess every company falls down the hill.
