Highland MRI

I would rate them zero if possible. I have been trying to get MRI's done here for well over two months with constant runarounds. First of all they rarely answer their phone and when you leave messages they never call back. The staff is incompetent to say the least and very rude too.

This business needs a decent manager.

I have never dealt with such a rude staff! This is the third appointment I’ve had with highland MRI do I’ll recap all since all were a waste of my time. My 1st appointment i called in advance to my appointment to ask if I could have an MRI done since I was 6 weeks pregnant and was told “there are no studies that show a mri is harmful to a fetus” then I show to my appointment and figured I’d ask the receptionist again if it was safe being pregnant to have a MRI and agin i was told the same. At the first appointment I waited 1 hour to be called back at this point I asked the tech if it was safe to have an MRI pregnant and she said “absolutely not” and walked me to the front I asked her to let the front staff know, wasted an hour and a half at that point of my life and left quietly. The second appointment I waited again another hour after arriving and was seen again left quietly after since I’m a pretty patient person. This third appointment was a nightmare I show up at 7:27pm to my 7:30pm appointment that was clearly stated in my appointment card and was told by a receptionist I spoke to earlier that day since I asked if I could come early and they said they didn’t have any openings and told me my appointment was at 7:30pn. When I go in I’m NOT greeted my receptionist but told “sorry she already turned the machine off” after I asked what that meant she got an attitude with me and arguing with me that I have to always be 15 minutes early even if it isn’t started by a receptionist. I could not believe that I considered their time so many times before and since in there book of “ I want to go home early” I’m 12 minutes late??? After she argued with me for another 10 minutes I asked after if she could ask the tech again to see me and consider the “ patients” time she said “I already asked” she finally got up to ask and the tech took me back. The tech didn’t greet me,called my name just pointed the direction I should go and was rude through the whole scan. I will never go
