        Overall

        Not professional; unable to get timeline and updates on progress. Overpriced and hidden costs. Got a quote on back of business card (no breakdown of anything) and then when I got bill I got over charged. Who would have thought you have to pay for their tools separate. Lesson learned...Being Licensed does not make someone a professional. Never again!
