Carlton Arms North Lakeland

All of the maintenance team at Carlton Arms of North Lakeland are the most wonderful and happy people you could meet. I truly enjoy seeing them around the complex, they make my day.

Anyone repairs I had requested to get done have be handled in such a timely manner. I was very happy to see how quick they were able to come to the apartment.

I have been here for about 7 years and I work here as well. I moved down here from Main about 8 years ago. I love it here so much. They do an awesome job taking care of the landscaping and everyone is just so nice and friendly.

I think the grounds staff here at Carlton Arms keep the complex looking fantastic, everything looks really good. I love my apartment as well as the location.

I only have nice things to say about Carlton Arms North Lakeland. They have been great to me. I wanted to move closer to work and this is the perfect place for me. I am happy here.

The staff is great last summer my husband fell very ill and was in and out of the hospital. The staff was very supportive during this time and I couldn't say anything nicer about them. It doesn't feel like apartments but instead like a subdivision.

I've been here since August of 2008. When we came for our first visist we were very attracted to the grounds - very well kept but then we realized how ideal the location was and the staff was just really willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Very pleased.
