Great hours, open every day without exceptions, great staff and doctors! Very nice and knowledgeable.

Took my infant daughter here while we were on vacation for a suspected ear infection. Here is what I observed: -The nurses and doctors do not appear to change gloves between patients. I noticed sweat accumulation under the gloves of the nurses that took my daughter's vitals; a clear sign that they had been wearing the gloves for a while. When Dr. Vlad Adler and a nurse came to the exam room they were also already wearing gloves, not a red flag by itself and I really didn't think about it. After examining my daughter and giving and incorrect diagnosis (confirmed upon return to our normal pediatrician at home), they left the room and entered the next patient's room without changing their gloves. When we were leaving I offered the observation to the front office staff and asked that the office manager contact me about the concern. I have received no call. I am filing the concern with the Florida Department of Health.

Dr. Adler is an excellent doctor. He has always been very friendly and took his time with my daughter and us when we have brought her in for After hours care. I have never had a long wait and the staff has been nice as well.

Terrible medical staff. Rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in hearing you out. They should be shut down. Stay away from them at all costs.

Went in to see if I had strep. It took 1hr 10 minutes to get my vitals taken. Another 45 minutes to see someone. 20 minutes after that they came back in and asked if anyone had swabbed my throat yet, they had not and the doctor thought they did. Took over 2 1/2 hours to get out. Terrible wait, and extremely unorganized.

I was very disappointed in their care and when I reached out to contact via Facebook and left a voice mail but nobody even bothered calling me back. We went to Lakeland and saw the Physicians Asst on duty that night, Dre? He was very rude. He walked in the room, looked at my daughter said what's wrong, she said she was having problems breathing. He stuck his stethoscope on her chest and said breathe, breathe faster, hurry, THREW us a script for ZPac and walked out the door. He was not in the room more than 30 seconds!! She DID NOT HAVE AN INFECTION...talk about breeding super bugs. We left there and went to the ER where they did a breathing treatment and found out her thyroid was high. We will NEVER go back to Owl Now.

worst experience of my life when my 2 year daughter needed stiches on a split chin. Would not accept my insurance and when I asked how much they first said $75 then changed it to $150 but would not let me go in without handing over my debit card - after coming out - As they were swiping it they said it was $200. Then to add more injury after 2 months they charged me again - I was in a vulnerable position with a 2 year old and they took advantage and are still trying to get money.

My granddaughter went to this urgent care on Christmas Eve and sat for over an hour before she went to the window to see what the problem was. The staff hadn't gotten to her paperwork. My granddaughter was told at this time that her paperwork was next. My granddaughter felt so ill that she could not and would not set there any longer. She went to a walk-in clinic down the road and was seen at once. It seem that the staff at the urgent care do not know what they are doing. Management should really take a hard look at their staff, they are loosing too many patients.

Would not recommend!!! Took my daughter there for pink eye. Got there, signed her in, no one acknowledged me at all as they sat there talking. One other person was ahead of us, after 20 mins, I went up to check, she said I had to fill out paper work. Asked why she didn't tell me that when I signed in, she said she was busy. Waited another hour in the lobby, went back into the room where we waited another 45 mins. Dr came in, checked her "ears" and NEVER even checked her eyes! He had the prescription in his hand when he came in. She acted funny after I put the drops in her eyes. Took her to her Dr, turns out the drops prescribed was for an adult and WAY too strong for a 3 yo. Her Dr dais too much could have caused permanent eye damage! PLEASE BEWARE! Will NEVER go back!

I love nite owl and all of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Adler is a great doctor and you can really tell that he cares and has always treated my family wonderfully. I would recommend nite owl to all my family and friends.

We have had to use Nite Owl several times, everyone was nice. Yes sometimes there is a long wait but its better then sitting at the ER. The hours are clear and if you show up 30 min before they close and there are 5,10 people already there than ya your not going to get in to see a doc (realy people) I no i would not expect to get in. Thank you Nite owl for being open longer so we don't have to use the ER.

I go to Nite Owl all the time and always have a great experience! It is a very clean facility, very friendly staff and a great doctor. As always it was a very quick and easy visit for my son and me. Dr. Adler is very pleasant and always makes us feel very comfortable with his management. I prefer him to our primary pediatrician.

I had a wonderful experience at Nite Owl Urgent care! The staff was friendly and Dr. Adler was phenomenal. As a women, having a male doctor can tend to be uncomfortable, but Dr. Adler was very respectful and kind... he had a good sense of humor too! Overall I was impressed and will definitely go there the next time i need some medical assistance!

I wouldn't give this place any stars! Terrible service, not even sure medical staff is licensed because they sure didn't act like it! Didn't have proper supplies even though I called before going in to see if they treat pregnant women! Doctor wanted to give me prescriptions that aren't approved for pregnant women. This place is SCARY!!

They misread a broken arm x-ray, then when I asked about lines across the bones, they told me to take my child to an orthopedist. The orthopedist said the break was pretty impossible to miss (consistent with a mom with no medical training spotting it).

Excellent experience! The staff were great and pleasant and the facility was very clean. The doctor was excellent and had a great sense of humor. He made my whole family laugh and provided us with a great care. We will return again if needed.

This place is a life saver. We were in and out of there in 30minutes on a HOLIDAY.

Awesome. The staff got my daughter right in, very caring and competent staff. The doctor knew just what was wrong, and called the next day to make sure we had a followup appointment with a specialist the next day. Great service.

Very disappointing! Website said it took my insurance and they did not. Went ahead and paid to see a doctor. Meds that were given didn't help with pain so asked to get a new prescription, they said I would have to pay again to see another doctor even though they had my chart already. Then...called original doctor to at least get a refill and again was told I would have to pay again to see a doctor before getting a refill. Would be nice if a medical center could take into consideration the way the economy is right now and help patients with keeping cost low. In my experience there, personal care was not given.

As a Mother of 5, I can tell you that I am grateful for Nite Owl. The staff is very competent and carrying. They have saved our family many hours in the ER and lots of money. I highly recommend them.
