East Coast Ponds

I was in a jam . I called 10 pond companies but they were the only one that called me back right away , the other 2 that did were rude and blew me off. I had an emergency and was losing water and almost lost all my moms fish but Jeremy told me to immediatly unplug the pump until he could get there. It was a Sunday and he came straight from church and was wearing a nice suit but he rolled up his pants and sleeves and got right to work . I don't know what I would have done without him. Thank you soooo much.

I had a bad leak in my waterfall and it was draining my pond and my fish almost died. Thankfully they came right away and saved my prized koi that are like part of the family. I can't believe how fast they fixed it and how professional they are , plus their price was very reasonable. Thank you for everything , I will recommend you to everyone I know and be calling you to have my pond cleaned when it needs it. I am very surprised that you didn't take advantage of me and clean it anyway even though it didn't need it , now that is professionalism. They told me that my pond didn't need a cleaning for a few more months , most companies would have just taken the easy money. I will be calling them for everything from now on. Thanks for being honest. It is hard to find an honest business anymore.
