        Unfortunately I can't give a z...

        Unfortunately I can't give a zero star rating.

        Don't bother calling them. They lost my "job ticket" twice and couldn't give me confirmed appointment times either times that I spoke with them. The closest I came to having them come out for service was when a tech called me on a Saturday while I wasn't home to say they could come out. I called again on my appointment date to see when they would be arriving and I wasn't on the calendar. "The boss has your ticket" is what I was told. Red flag.
