        The receptionist Jelitza, was very friendly and courteous. She took my fire equipment in and follow up with me once they were inspected and ready for pick up.

        The technicians are very prompt and professional. We have a busy office and he wasn't in the way at all! Got the job done and I recommend this company to anyone needing preventive fire services! Our security light was broken and we had no idea, so he fixed it in 2 seconds. Thanks guys!
