Ourstanding experience from beginning to end. They understand cats and dogs (primarily) and are happy to take time to help you through a wide variety of issues. This is a store that specializes in cat and dog foods that are made from human quality products. Switching to one of their products turned my 5 month old havanese puppy from constant scratching that was hard to watch to a happy, bouncy pup that looks forward to every meal. The vets couldn't help and drugs were putting an active puppy to sleep for much of the day, but changing to a quality puppy food turned him into the happiest little fellow imaginable....all in about a week. I can't say enough good things about these two wonderful women-owners.
