Lake Mary Appliance Repair

ok so my wife told the washer was broken I called these people and made a appointment for the next day between 9am and1pm they told me the tech would call before he came over it was getting late so I called the office they told me the tech got held up but might be late so I said have the tech call so I will know how long he will be I never got a call so after 1pm I called back and told them to cancel the appointment I feel they wasted my time and did not want my business then the tech called me 10 min after I cancelled the app.my wife got a new washing machine so they have no common courtesy to return phone calls
