Floormart

I ordered about 1700 sf of hardwood from Floormart and was soooo impressed with their customer service. It's a family owned company and I felt like I was dealing with family friends. Mark bent over backwards to get me extra samples (even offered to let me take home his huge in-store samples). He came to the house to measure for free--even came on a Sunday morning--which was very nice considering he didn't need to measure the job at all since we were installing ourselves. He also made special arrangements for next-day delivery and had his guys bring the wood all the way into the house which was a huge help (rather than just dropping in the garage). We installed the wood ourselves, so I can't comment on their installation, but the floors turned out beautifully and we were really happy with Floormart's service ...oh, and I forget to mention prices. Prices were unbeatable (which is why I drove to Lake in the Hills from my house in Libertyville to check them out in the first place). It was well worth my drive time. I will be ordering carpet from them soon and will be able to comment on installation services at that time.
