UNethical practices!!!! Prefer NO stars if I could! My fiancé and I were looking for a toyhauler for our Razer Sport. A used 5th wheel caught our eye and they said our truck would pull it. I had CLEARLY stated that "we don't want to pull the high-end weight of what our truck can pull." We drive a '14 F250, me stating it was NOT a diesel engine, but a 6.2L. We each put $500 down until delivery the next week (to arrange financing).



A friend researched and notified us it was too heavy. I then researched and confirmed. My call then had them researching, telling us we had 2000 lbs of play. NOT! With a 1000 lb Razer (dry), over 834 lbs of water, 292 lbs in fueling station, supplies, and our butts, NO WAY would our truck pull it without losing tranny and engine. They would NOT give us our money back and flat lied to our banks in dispute. I trusted this long-time-in business company to be ethical and know what weights trucks pull. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNETHICAL CO!
