        Overall

        Magic Homes no longer has a contractor's license with the State of Arizona, as of 6/25/2015. They are no able to do any building or complete any homes as of this date.

        DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. ..We have had noting but problems with them! She will tell you everything you want to hear and when you sign the contract it is down hill from there.She lies to you, up charges you on everything, you have to constantly watch what is going on with your home so many mistakes and her time frame on building your home will be double. This builder is an embarrassment to the building industry. Do yourself a favor, choose another builder where you can enjoy the experience and not be robbed blind and have daily headaches!
