The service is very expensive and horrible and my opinion not liked the service close the local not come back never and your service is fatal

Absolutely horrible. Every time I go there they screw all my close up I waste my time gas and money. They lie say they will do something on a certain time and day and 2 -3 weeks later it might be finished they say they call to ask questions but never recieve them. Do not use this place I would not even give them 1 star

I bought a sample wedding dress for my wedding and it needed cleaning and pressed before the big day...I brought it to Moses Dry Cleaners because a friend at work had recommended it. The top of my dress has flowers on it that needed a little extra attention to get them to lay down correctly. When I dropped it off, I asked the girl if there would be any problems cleaning it and pressing it so the flowers would lay flat and she said that would not be a problem. When I came back 2 days before the wedding to pick up my dress, the dress was cleaned but almost all of the flowers edges were curled up and it looked HORRIBLE! I was very upset about it and the girl wanted to keep the dress until the next morning so the woman that does the pressing could fix it...I was uncomfortable leaving it there again to have it not be right but the girl called the owner and they were "confidant" that they could get it right. On a side note, we were leaving Friday morning to go to Jacksonville for our rehearsal and wedding and live about 30 miles away from this cleaners. Going back the following day was adding an extra 60 miles of driving to our already hectic day, but I agreed to leave it with them. On Friday morning, some of the flowers had been pressed down but many of them were still curled and I was VERY upset. The owner was nowhere around but they finally contacted him and he said that was the best they could do and offered me a 20% discount. I did not want to pay ANYTHING for this service because I still had to take it somewhere else, the day before my wedding, to fix what they couldn't do (after they had assured me it was not a problem) and he threatened me that if I left his store without paying for my dress that it would be a felony and he would press charges to the fullest extent of the law. All I can say is I took it to a cleaner in Jacksonville and they had no problem fixing it in only a few minutes but again, I had to pay more money. Moral of the story-don't go here, the owner has no consideration or care for the people who pay his bills. **on a side note, while I was waiting for the owner to call back on the 2nd day, there was a man who came to pick up his drycleaning, handed the girl a ticket, and somehow his clothes were lost and they were going to have to search the entire store. So they can't even get regular dry cleaning right!
