Eagle Properties

Excellent all around! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a place to rent, weather it be commercial or residential.

When my husband and I were first starting out with a newborn baby, Mr. Tom Eagle and Ms. Michelle were the only ones who helped us out and rented us a unit we could afford without giving us a run around about credit and and not having extensive rental history. We happily stayed with Eagle properties for 4 years until our jobs required us to move closer to work. Now 9 years later, we are still grateful to Eagle properties for being ever kind and understanding when we needed a roof over our heads. All they ask is that you are honest and make every effort to hold up your end of the bargain. If we ever move back to Lake City I would contact them first!

they have horrible customer service if anything goes wrong at your place after 4 like say an electrical fire they won't be available in anyway to help so you're basically screwed with fumes in your house
