McDermott Construction designed and built our 30’ x 50’ spacious deck with jacuzzi, one of a kind stone paver steps and a fireplace, all protected by a Pennsylvania stone retaining wall. McDermott Construction installed 106 decks in two courts of Exton Station Townhouse Community. It was a larger project than the home owner’s association thought due to new codes from the township.
Siding
“I can’t say enough great things about McDermott Construction, but I will try to tell it all here. We had our stucco removed, new stone and siding installed, mold removed from behind bathroom shower and laundry walls- then those rooms rebuilt and repainted and front porch rebuilt.
Porches

Masonry
Complete exterior remodel, all stucco is removed from the home and repairs are made to walls and windows. Also, all rotting wood, drywall, etc. is removed. Typically, James Hardie fiber cement board siding is reinstalled and a masonry finish is added to the front of the home or as required by homeowner.
