Unprofessional!! Unprofessional!! Unprofessional!!!
Open sided MRI was a terrible experience, they don't seem to care about their patients

They were unprofessional. And if your claustrophobic don't bother. The dr who wrote the report put such limited info that my dr had to ask him for more info, asked him to do a comparison with my last MRI and after waiting a week he said I'm just sticking with the way it was!??? What does that mean?
I had the MRI done in May, first bill in June 40.- I owed, I was waiting because ins said I met my out of pocket and that may be covered, in August they put it to collections!! Not even a call first. The whole experience was terrible, I would not ever go to this place again. They don't care about their patients.

The office has a nice feel and the staff is okay. Not especially liking the demeanor of the female tech. She was condescending
