Kruger Martin DDS

I was a previous patient of Dr. Kruger's office and always enjoyed my routine visits until I encountered the latest addition to their office-Dr.Flora



She told me that I had to have x-rays prior to cleaning because it is against the law if I dont get them. Also, because of a previous surgery I had MANY years ago she told me that it was mandatory for me to have antibiotics PRIOR to a cleaning. Which is absurd--according to the 2 dentists I spoke to previously!



When expressing how I was insulted and belittled during my first visit with Dr. Flora with the office manager--let's call her " Retarded Raquel" --she talked over me and really showed off her very valuable office managerial skills by showing me how really UNEDUCATED she really is. Perhaps, Dr. Kruger should stop hiring his staff through the PennySaver want ads!! Perhaps try another approach and get a staff that has some sort of education!!



This of course excludes Dr. Cheng--as he seems to be the only one in the entire office that has some sort of education and actuallly is great as what he does.



WATCH OUT---if they tell you that you MUST have x-rays every visit OR that you MUST take THEIR antibiotics from their office--it's probably because they are squeezing you for some extra money.
