About the course
Lady's Island opened it's doors in 1970. It has all the hallmarks of South Carolina golf. Lady's Island offers 4 sets of tees ranging from 5400 yds all the way back to 7200 yds. It has a set of tees for all golfers ranging from the beginner to those who want to experience a challenging tough test of golf. Lady's Island is equip with a practice facility and a putting green for all the practice a player would want. They also offer a nice chipping green that is equip with sand bunkers for those who want to practice their bunker play. Lady's Island is a typical southern beach style golf course. It is flat, and set up a lot like a links course. The golf course offers quick, smooth, beautiful Mini Verde greens that are always kept in fantastic shape. Lady's Island also has a great dining facility. The dining facility offers breakfast through lunch Mon-Sat. They also have dinner on Tuesday and Friday night. The food is fantastic, and has gotten rave reviews from the community in Beaufort and Lady's Island. If you are looking for a great day, and a lot of fun, come join us for a day at Lady's Island. The food is good, the golf course is great, all that is missing is you! Beaufort's oldest golf club has hosted statewide tournaments and even an LPGA event. Pines Course is in championship tournament condition, with 22 sand bunkers, elevated tee boxes and Champion Bermuda greens. It is a great layout and a demanding test of golf situated in heavily wooded, natural terrain. Four sets of tees, ranging from 5,200 to more than 7,000 yards, make it a pleasure to play for golfers of all skill levels.

Overall

I am taking golf lessons from LPGA teaching pro am she has been a great help with my swing. I hope to take a few of the ladies clinics on Thursday's too.

The course is in great shape and is beautiful. Its nice to hear that the clubhouse is to be remodeled over the summer. I can't wait to see it finished. The renderings look amazing.

Lunches at the club have been great. Always nice portions and exactly the way I ordered it. The salads are huge and really fresh. The burger was juicy and had wonderful flavor. The rueben special was the best I've ever had.
