D & S Heating & Cooling

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! They installed a unit in a house we were building & 4 years later we have had them work on it 11 times! The last time, we received a bill for $300 for their technician being here 35 minutes! I called the owner & very nicely tried to talk to him & ask if there was anyway he could help with the bill. He said absolutely not. He explained that he charges by flat rate, so if it takes his guy 30 minutes, but the book says 3 hours, then you get charged for the 3 hours. I said that was fine, but I would not do any future business with them & he laughed & said that was fine with him. Not how a customer who spent $10,000 expects to be treated. The entire unit just burned up and we called another local company to fix it. They showed up the same day and got everything replaced & sent a very reasonable bill.....1/2 of what D&S charged just to replace a fan motor. What a scam & rip off D&S is!!!!!
