        Overall

        One of the worst customer service experiences of my life!! Patrick, the supposed expert, argued with the gentleman in front of us for 1/2 hour over the price that he was given online by uhaul, telling him that he wouldn't rent to him until HE called uhaul and got some crazy VIP number to make the price lower. WHAT?!? Since when do we ask customers, who have already done THEIR part, to help us fix what our ineptness can't!!?

        He swore at his computer constantly and when I politely pointed out that myself and the gentleman behind me had been waiting 1/2 hour while he ranted over uhaul being "stupid" about deposits, etc., he responded, "Well, there's nothing I can do about that!"



        Make the drive to North Charleston, or TEXAS for that matter! Any other location is bound to be better!
