I read a BBB review prior to engaging this firm, but didn't read between the lines.This company can build it fast. He was generally pleasant to deal with, soft spoken and had a sense of humor. But, get an attorney to review your contract first so it's not completely one sided or you will lose control over the finished products like exhaust fans where they aren't needed and not where they are needed, the glass in the entry system not what you expected, flooring irregularities, confusion about cabinet finishes and the type of lavatories expected. Require a full set of construction drawings that include interior elevation drawings. The end product may not be what you expect or ask for. Your satisfaction may not be their contractual obligation. Make sure that what you want and ask for is specific AND in writing. Make sure you retain funds until you are satisfied with the completeness of the job.If I build again, I will use a more sophisticated and organized company so we know exactly what we will end up with right from the start instead of after it's already installed incorrectly and you're faced with being "the heavy" to make them change mistakes at their cost.

The Home Company is the worst building Company we have ever had. We purchased a home from them fourteen years ago and began having problems immediately. We are still dealing with pipes bursting, siding coming off, a leaky air conditioner, and the list goes on. This is the sixth time in a year we have had to repair pipes that keep bursting inside and outside the house. It has cost us thousands of dollars. We are looking for others who have had similar experiences to file a class action law suit. his company should not still be in business!

The biggest conman and Jennifer is a liar. Just DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM TILL IT'S 100% FINISHED. The customer is NEVER CORRECT WITH THIS COMPANY. They go back on products that have been promised. Not one thing has been completed to our expectations. Would not recommend him to anyone not even an enemy, it's that bad.
