        This was a very positive experience! The gentleman was very professional. He showed me all the parts needing replaced.He took the vacuum apart in front of me. I appreciated him talking to me instead of just taking the vacuum in the back and sending me on my way. You won't be disappointed! Vacuum works as brand new!
