Clear Sky Heating & Air Conditioning

Last year my bf and I bought a foreclosed house in Laporte and rehabbed it. I called Summers heating and air from Chesterton that was recommended to me. After a $95 service call we were it couldn't be charged due to a leak and proceeded to tell us he could replace it for $6000!! , my bf called a local company he saw driving around, CLEAR SKY and it has been the best experience from a company in a long time. They came out and checked our system with a pound of Freon and it held (which indicated no leaks) and proceeded to put in the rest. It was working very well till the old unit decided to quit working about 4 mos later. They came back out and told us we needed a new compressor and sold us one (3 ton unit) for $3000, 1/2 THE PRICE of Summers. I highly recommend this friendly local company. They came and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Got us back with air in the nick of time. Love these guys.
