Provided by DexKnowsI had to stop a package and the people there were very unhelpful. After driving around for three hours being told from one USPS service to go ahead and try this store because we don't do this service here I arrive here to a supervisor who has the worst attitude. After stopping the package and day after I had sent it out she had warned me that it was not guaranteed that it could be intercepted. I assumed that given it was the next day, and if she did her part correctly then they should be able to stop it and I should not be concerned about that detail. However, after calling and tracking my package to see when it would arrive back home I am notified that it had arrived to the very address that I had paid ten dollars to stop it to. USPS told be to contact the branch I had gone to and take it up with them, and when I did Dolores the rude supervisor picks up and tells me I informed you that is was not guaranteed why are you calling here. I told her I called there because I was told to because apparently USPS redirects you to the wrong place as they had done me three times before, and tells me she can't help me with the worst attitude and I should try to find the USPS store in South Carolina where I sent it to online. How am I suppose to locate that when there are thousands of USPS stores there, and she would know that since she faxed the stop. After being frustrated on the phone with her and telling her to stop giving me an attitude and instead of telling me to go find it her job is to tell me where to call and help me out she hangs up the phone on my face. HOW IS SHE THE SUPERVISOR WHEN SHE TREATS FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!! The funniest thing is after I was able to locate the USPS is South Carolina the lady was super nice to me told be she would figure out the problem and she did and got back to me right away and laughed at the fact that the lady told be I had to locate their branch through the internet. That is confirmation enough that this is the worst service. Hope she looses her job
