Initially, Rigo was awesome. He helped us with sprinkler repairs and planting drought tolerant natives in our backyard last July/August; we were very pleased with his professionalism; we hired him to do weekly lawn service Initially, things went well.



However, his service diminished; since 1/31 we were serviced on 3/19 & 4/2. Our 5/3 service was pushed to 5/5 and then 5/6 and he failed to show despite promises to the contrary; I had to cancel my Mother's Day BBQ and now have to find a gardener with my lawn overgrown and neglected.



I regret hiring him; he misrepresents his ability to service clients and has difficulty communicating with clients in a timely and honest manner. My husband is upset because he has both let our maintenance slide but he also told us to quit watering our lawn and then has been unavailable to do the turf removal project.



He was great but we are regret hiring him. We asked if we should find someone else but he said things would change and they did not.
