Sunshine Floral

Don't know what happened to this shop I always got my flowers from them and was planning to use them for my wedding but when I went in last week they were rude and I am wondering if they even know anything about flowers.....won't go back I will drive the extra distance to go downtown and take my business to another shop and recommend everyone else do the same.

Horrible service. Nancy messed up ALL of my flowers for my wedding. Carrie on the other hand was great. But, needless to say they screwed EVERYTHING up. My bouquet was wrong--it was supposed to have white feathers and had black, the girls bouquets were wrong I wanted white flowers with hot pink tips and got white flowers and hardly and black feathers around the edges, we were missing two corsages, and this was after being in there 4 times to figure everything out and make sure it was right. It was right every time I talked to them but they claim what I said wasn't what was written down...which I find odd since I had been in there 4 times and every time it was right. Bottom line we got some money back and a letter of apology but I am still very upset with how all of this was handled. I called them to come and fix it or give me money back and they ended up talking to like 3 different people and getting no where...ON MY WEDDING DAY!! They promised the world and didn't deliver.
