We definately appoligize if we did not give a possible client the attention they deserve.We had to let go of the person who answered the phones do to the down turn in the economy.We do alot of large projects out of state (which has been the majority of our business for seven years)and at the date of this reveiw we were swamped with work and must have let somebody down and apologize.We work with the same clients we have had from the beginning of business and all are extremely happy.We also have a huge referral list.We never want people to be unhappy with our company as we work off of referrals mostly and thrive off of them.Again sorry for any inconveinance
