Dishonest on measurements and then refused refund. Very rude and arrogant should have went somewhere else. Taking advantage of customers never works in your favor they talk ALOT

My wife and I moved down from Chicago and bought a fixer upper to remodel. We needed about a dozen doors and and 18 windows. We discovered Tim and Al's though one of our contractors and went down to see what they had.

We met with Robert who seemed like a friendly man that was going to be easy to deal with. We told him about our project and picked out some windows and doors from the thousands he had in stock. We haggled a little on final price, but walked away with a terrific deal.

I think the other reviewers seemed a bit harsh.

Do NOT order anything from them. Ever. If they have it in stock maybe it is a different story I don't know. We ordered a door. They said it would be in in a couple days. We had people coming to install it 3 days later. 3 days later there was still no door and they had not called. Had to delay the workers. We got a story about the warehouse loosing the door and having to get another ready blah blah blah.



When we got the door it was already hung in the frame and was securely closed to make installation easier. The workers installed it and when we opened the door we found serious damage to the side of the door that had been closed against the frame obviously caused by a forklift at the warehouse. The warehouse people had to have know the door was damaged when they hung and closed it and they sent it anyway. I immediately took photos of the damage and went back to the store. They said they would order another door immediately and call me when it was in. Then I could just take my door off the hinges with no need to uninstall the frame and the new door would hang in the same place. This was right before Thanksgiving so they told me it would be the week after before I got the call because the warehouse was closed.



It is now the end of the second week after and I have still received no call. They never answer their phone and I have yet to get a response to any message left on the machine during the entire process.

I purchased a french door from them on 10/26/15 they told me it would take 2 weeks, so on 11/16/15 I call, they gave me the run around, it is on a truck, I have send an email, I am just the "middle man" Finally on 11/20/15 they told me a door had arrived but not my door, I request a refund, it took 2 days for it to hit my account. I have people at my house to put my door in, with NO DOOR!! I had to order it thru another company. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else. My situation was poorly handled, they knew on 11/16/15 I was not going to get my door and they were not professional enough to tell me upfront.

Buy elsewhere, I know I will never spend another cent here.

Firstly-THEY GAVE US THE WRONG DOORS! We ordered 4" & these dopes gave us two SIX inchers- Incompetent, weak and lame. It was easier to just cut 'em down on site.



Secondly and to my mind more important they are RUDE, UNHELPFUL and QUITE UNFRIENDLY JERKS. More than once. They act as though the customer is there for them not the other way 'round. That doesn't fly with me, boys.



I just wanted you to know I need a ten wood double-hung windows, some french doors and and I was going to go to ya'll.

Buddy- I can by doors, windows lots o' places but yours' isn't one of them anymore



And let me assure you;

I will urge everyone at my child's preschool, our church and at our workplace(s) to follow suit. And I will tell them why.
