Maintenance One

Nice guys but service was a bit to be desired. They were assigned thru my home warranty company and after 3 attempts the unit was finally fixed. The first attempt was the wrong blower motor was ordered. The second was a No-Show on their part and them Final at the third attempt it was fixed and this spanned over 10 days without A/C. You will have to do a lot of leg work with them and Follow ups. There is very little communication unless you initiate it. There are better HVAC companies keep looking.
