East Tennessee Building Maintenance

Very poor job. States in contract will "clean up very well"..nails in yard. Rotten siding not removed as stated in contract. Roofing job bad...roof still leaks. Did not leave my house or yard in better condition...it is worse than before we had them install roof or siding. Many,many leaks now...at doors, windows, from roof. They would not make it right either. I've called many, many times and tried to nicely work it out....to no avail. They refuse to believe they did anything "wrong" even though I have pictures to prove it. I'm very disappointed.
