Clean Smart Cleaners

I decided to give them a try since they are more convenient than the cleaners we had been using. For starters you have to talk over the music videos being played on the tv but the most amazing part was when my wife went by to pickup our clothes the lights we off and the door was locked during the posted business hours. Trying to get out of town for the holidays I was desperate so I looked up the phone number for the other location, called it, and got a manager. She was polite and apologized and said she would investigate and call me back. She returned my call within 10 minutes to let me know the employee had decided to go down the road to get some breakfast. I did get my clothes but have still not gotten over how this business is being run.
