New World Wellness offers Yoga, Hot Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Zumba. New World Wellness is very active building a community of like minded individuals offering many different workshops & events.(please see website for details) New World Wellness also offers Mental Health Services with licensed counselor based on a holistic approach to mental health (Mind, Body, Spirit) rather than a traditional Pharmaceutical standard. Clients are encouraged to use holistic tools available in healing and growing.
