        Overall

        Be prepared to hire a professional cleaner after he is done, because he left my place completely filthy. Everything, including clothing, bedding and electronics were covered in a thick layer of fine particles. In addition, the agreed upon estimate was 20% higher when he provided the final bill. I highly suggest that you supervise the entire job or you could be in for a surprise.
