I LOVE County LIne Auto Parts and have been using them for the last 7 years for all of my automotive needs. The staff will bend over backwards to find any part that I may need...they call other yards out of state if they don't have one or there isn't one near by. I have even been offered for the part(s) to be delieverd to the shop where my car is being fixed. The prices are great and the enviroment is SO clean compared to others that I have seen. 5 stars in my book!!!

Great customer service I have used Countyline for our business for over 15 years Great staff great prices and parts delivered same day or next day. We get quality parts and I know from experience if there ever is a problem they take care of it on the spot. Why would anyone go anywhere else Thanks Guys

This place is way over priced, service is ok, they can get any part you need, but you will be charged almost twice the price for it. Shop around in KC or some place closer, most salvage yards will deliver to each other. Stay away from these price gougers. Their are much better choice available. Plus you will be waiting atleast an hour for your part/parts.
If you would like to contact me I will review this and get two comparable quotes with comparable warranties from two full-service local salvage facilties and match the price by refunding the difference. Many people have a 10 minute or less wait depending on what the part is that is being pulled...we would need to know the part type to evaluate the wait time.

These people are very rude and expensive. If you are short on time and have cash then these are the people to go to. They usually have everything already pulled so you can drive up, let them know what you want, you will pay and arm and a leg for it and then they just hand it over to you. Their warranty is nice though, most places do not have a warranty. If you have time and wish to save some money I use Askins or you call we haul. They are the best.
We just saw this review and would be happy to investigate if contacted with the invoice or customer information. We do try to be competitive on the pricing but we are a full-service facility rather than a u-pull-it. We are more expensive than a self-service because we have staff costs and have later model vehicles. We do match full-service competitor pricing on most parts. I would be particularly interested in hearing about your experience that left you with the impression our staff is rude. This can be used for training purposes and we are always committed to improving our customers' experience. We do apologize for any experience that was less than positive. Thank you.

I had a window switch go out and called these guys. They had the part and I picked it up same day. It woked for a few days and then went out. I called them and they had another one the next day. they are not super friendly but they are prompt and have thier inventory organized. If you are a do it yourselfer these are the guys to call.
Thank you for taking the time to review; we just saw this post. I would appreciate any feedback specifically regarding your experience that left you with the impression our staff was not friendly. We are always looking for ways to improve. Our expectation is for our staff to be super friendly so would appreciate details if possible so this can be used for training purposes.

I have purchased three parts from Countyline, and 2 of the 3 did not work, costing me an extra $400 in labor to have parts taken out and replaced. I understand that the labor is not under warranty, but they do say that all of the parts are tested before sold. The alternator did not work and the cylinder head had a crack in it. How is that possible if the parts are tested. It is not like they stopped working a month or two after they were installed. They flat out were not good when I purchased them.
We just saw this review and would be happy to investigate if contacted with the invoice or customer information. We would help with the labor on the alternator if it was something reasonable even though this is an electrical part. Cylinder heads should be magnaflex'd before installing which we do not do however, we do warranty the part. We do quality control checks to the best of our ability with dealing in used part. We would be happy to try to resolve this issue.
