I drove from my home in Christiansburg, VA to buy a Honda Fit at J and J auto sales recently. My experience was excellent on all accounts. The Sales Mgr was very professional and considerate in his dealings with me, and the salesman, Joe, was well-informed on the car's features and operations, and took the time to answer all questions without hesitation. I found the experience to be efficient and without any sales pressure. Based on my interaction with Joe and his staff, I can recommend J and J Auto Sales of Kingsport without reservation. Thanks

Well my sister needed a car we test drove it it was about 10 degrees outside it had no heat well it was low on antifreeze so we put antifreeze in it and the heater started working will every other week we got to add antifreeze to keep the heater working well took it to a mechanic had a blowed head gasket and cracked head it was full of that stuff they call head gasket repair the whole motor was full of it they may have a few good cars be sure to kbb it cause there about 2 grand overpriced the get the people with poor credit especially around tax time be sure to take a mechanic are take it to a mechanic that's why they don't want you driving a car no more than 10 minutes on a test drive like the sign says you cannot find out about a car in just 10 minutes. My daddy was in the car business for 40 years and I know the tricks to the trade. But they may have not knew about the head our head gasket but they are a lot of bad reviews on this place do your homework before you buy

I recked my car and these ppl towed it.it was totaled .it had been flipped .a few weeks later in was on the lot.the frame was bent .beware..I have never bought there but my niece boudght a car for 4000.00 and only got to drive it 8 months she pad cash. My sister in law bought a car there and had a cracked head.only drove for 2 weeks and payed cash. They will not help you after you buy.

My friend was in desperate need of a car. So we ended up going to this place. 30-40 cars on the lot. We test drove 4, that would actually start up. So anyways. Finally pick one out that was the most decent. A 93 Honda ex with over 200k (that they had mislabeled on paperwork) with a cracked windshield. A week later the muffler falls off and the drivers side ball joint and other parts need to be replaced.



While we were there, the owners son Jacob was specifically asked what, if anything was wrong with each vehicle. To which most the time was answered with "nothing", followed by a blank stare.



They prey on people that are in a bind and only make their situations worse. Like I told Mr. Jacob today. I will be contacting my lawyer over lemon laws. And apparently from all the other reviews left on multiple sites. It won't be that difficult of a case.

would not recommend this business to anyone,they sale nothing but junk. bought a 2005 caravan the exhaust leaked the motor had a bad lifter.called them about the problem .....they would not help me at all...had the car for a week...im out 700.00 dollars after i called them to come and get that piece of junk.............bye at your own risk.........Melissa Mullins

Much much more than I expected from a car buying experience. They were honest and straight forward with the numbers and had a great selection. I bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado from J & J Auto in Kingsport. I looked at two other car lots and stopped by to see their lot, and I will say I was very impressed, not only with their inventory but with the sales staff. The were helpful and also polite. The salesman didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions and test drove several of the trucks on the lot. Check them out if you are looking for a truck with good prices and the best is the downpayments.

stay away from these people,they sell junk repos,i purchased a repo,would not let me test drive it except in a 50 foot area behind the building,knowing it had a windshield leak and needed a tire and front brakes i bought it for my daughter,took it 1/2 mile down the road to vacuum it out and it overheated,took it back and they REFUSED to refund me for a car that the other salesman said they knew it was junk and going to the crusher,bad slow,lying employees,rude after the sale,the only way for me to get my money back was to buy another vehicle there,which after i got the title a week later,found it was also a repo.these people have NO scruples,if i could give it a minus 10 rating ,i would.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The Salesman even offered to help setup all the My Synch functions and the sirrius radio stations. We were treated fairly and feel that we got a good price for the vehicle that we bought. We would recommend this dealership. Excelent Car Lot to buy from Highly Recomend you go there!
