I had a queen size sofa sleeper delivered, but only one delivery person arrived. I could not help, because of recent surgeries and I was not informed during either of the two phone calls I received that I would need someone to help, so the driver just left the sofa (standing on one end, during a windy day) on a pallet, outside my front door. It was there all day, until my husband and daughter came home from work. Not going to be a choice of mine in the future. Very disappointed.
