        Horrible and unprofessional! They had our washer for 2 1/2 months for repair and the only communication was when my husband called. Everytime the excuse was "we are waiting on a part". We finally get it back today after paying them almost $350 to fix it and the door latch is broken off inside the washer leaving it useless! I am beyond mad and would NEVER recommended their services! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I don't know how they have stayed in business so long if this is how they treat people! My family has been in Killeen for 4 generations and this is NOT A way to keep customers or do business!

        Poor customer service. I've had a part on order for a month. Every time I called to check on the status I was told its on order. Finally on my third follow up call I was told its no longer available to order. Never once apologized. They gave me a oh well kind of response.
