Walgreens

I have been using Walgreen's most of my life. I moved to Kerrvile about five months ago. I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy. Twice the filled a script that was a refill that I had been getting for 15 years with 6 pills instead of 60. It took them 5 days to rectify it, the next time I got the same prescription filled they did the exact same thing. The third time I attempted to get this script filled (a life or death medication) they said they were out of stock and didn't know when they would have more in stock. This is a common seizure medication. I switched to CVS and have no trouble whatsoever with them. Walgreen's staff was rude and unresponsive. My step mother is a pharmacist in another state. I understand the difficulties of a pharmacy and am more sympathetic than most to pharmacists. I will never use Walgreen's again. They need to revamp their staff at this location or something. Go to CVS.
