Kerman Inn Motel

Great value for the money. The hotel is independently owned but I did not find the mangers rude. Room are small but clean. I would stay there again.

Very Rude and disrespectful. The lady answering the phone obviously isn't happy with her job. I asked for a room and received nothing but the rate. I tried to book a room and was told that she didn't know if there was a room available it all depends on if the workers come in... ?? What?? haha.. This place is a total JOKE !

Cute little place, but I agree: RUDE. RUDE RUDE. July 2015-Unexpected stop while traveling. Said there's a room available- when I told her I needed my husband to pay with his card (like I ve done many times before with fax/email/phone call permission) she said, "Oh no, we can't do that.! Our fax machine is broken.(?)" I said he could email or phone picture ID, etc. .."oh no, our computer's broken!" Yeah right.

This town NEEDS more than one motel!!

Just called this place to reserve a room for my parents. We have a family wedding this upcoming weekend and we are driving from Los Angeles. I spoke to a woman and asked her what are the rates she told me that her it's between 65 to 85 dollars. So, I proceeded to ask how about this weekend, what are the rates for Saturday night? She proceeded to rudely tell me that she had already told me it's from 65 to 85 dollars. I then asked if she can please contact me to her manager because she wasn't answering a simple question and was extremely rude. She then said her boss nor her manager was available. I then asked her if I can have her name, she then in a rude manner said "I'm not going to give it to you". I felt this motel's customer service isn't appropriate. This woman was really rude and not informative at all. She cut me off a few times and simply isn't capable of helping customers. Today is May 19 2015 and I approximately at 6pm. I will not reserve a room at this place.
