        It's not true that I travel all the way from Arizona to go to Half Day Cafe, but when I do go to California, I go out of my way to drive up to Marin County for the Half Day experience. The perfect breakfast. The breakfast biscuits and scones are fabulous. The service is bright and friendly. The restaurant--in a high-ceiled converted automotive repair shop--has an open, fresh atmosphere. High windows overlook the lush greenery next to the outdoor patio.
