Starbucks Coffee

Awful Awful, I was there at starbucks for 3 hours on a first date and we ending up buying several drinks. We decided to take a quick stroll around the university at the end of the night. We came back about 20 minutes later and much to our suprise they had cleaned out the entire parking lot, yes towed everyone that was still there.



I was a paying patron at starbucks for 3 hours, and after just 20 minutes my car was towed! Unbelievable, Kent Towing is the absolute worst company I've ever known in my entire life, liers cheats and thieves. And Starbucks customer care was absolutely of no help. What a date killer, $135 each to get our cars from the stupid impound lot down the street. And after 2 hours on the phone with Starbucks 'Customer Care Specialist', they said they would send me a gift card for close to the amount I had to spend to get my car back.



So how much do you think they sent me? That's right, a $20 starbucks gift card. What a slap in the face! What an awful way to treat a valued patron, and an even worse way to follow through with making the situation right. Everyone played the blame game saying it was someone else's fault or responsibility. Guess what I'M not coming back and I'm telling everyone I get an oppotunity to about this. I'm still sick to my stomach thinking about this and its been how long since this happened?



So $135 is going to cost Starbuck's at least $1,000 that I would have spent there, and maybe another 5,000-10,000 from family and friends?



Poor Decision guys =(



Starbuck's you have lost my TRUST FOREVER.
