Welch Heating & Air Conditioning

The owner of this business is the former owner of Castle Air, who installed the HVAC system and duct work in my new home. Castle is no longer in business, but if they were I'd ask them to finish/correct the mistakes with the duct work in my crawlspace. I went down there this summer for the first time to look at some unrelated flood damage and discovered exposed metal duct branches (uninsulated) and flexible duct so kinked I'm surprised any air is coming through. That explains a lot. I haven't looked in the attic yet but I'm assuming I'll find more of the same. If you use this business, just make sure you have ALL of their work thoroughly inspected BEFORE the business changes names again. I was told by Bruce Air (that's who you'll get when you call Castle's number now) that I have no recourse and I'll have to pay to fix what Welch's previous company didn't do right.
