Robinson Heating & Air

One of the worst things a food service estalishment can have is a bad grade on a restaurant inspection. Our family business has been relying on Richard, [Robinson Heating & Air], for years to take care of our commercial refrigeration equipment. They also work on our heat and air conditioning. I know if I call the office, Kim [Robinson] or Abby [Gay] will have us on the schedule for priority service and our equipment will be repaired the same day. The only time the repair wasn't done the same day, was if a part had to be ordered. Last week, we had the same fast response, even though the ground was thick with snow and ice. Thanks to them we didn't lose any prouct. We are talking about at least $10,000 worth of food. If we are ever in doubt about a piece of refrigeration equipment before an inspection, Richard will be here early in the morning of, to check everything. He will stay until the inspector arrives, just in case. Food safety is too important. Oh, and when it's 90+ degrees here in 'Hotlanta', my customers don't want warm beer!

If you are the owner of a restaurant you should give them a try. The prices are so far below the competitors, it's crazy to even think of using the others. Before we found Robinsons I never new if the person who showed up had been here before. The Robinsons are a small family operation. They know my equipment. If it is too costly to continue repairing a cooler, they suggest that we should look into something newer. They don't sell most new refrigeration equipment so it's not in their best interest, but ours.
